Quadrant upload video to new 3G Apple iPhones for event giveaway

Quadrant were recently approached by one of the country’s leading recruitment agencies to provide them with audio visual equipment and the technical support necessary for their summer event in Hertfordshire.

As a memento of the day the 144 delegates were all rewarded at the end of the conference with a 3G Apple iPhone. Before these were distributed Quadrant uploaded a video of the chairman’s 45-minute speech to each phone.

The speech was filmed and fed through a vision mixer, then captured straight on to high-spec laptops. Once the footage was edited on-site the video was converted to MP4 format and uploaded to the phones via Apple iTunes.

This was all completed within two hours while the rest of the conference took place and was a unique end to a very successful day.
