Our Technical Services Division provides a flexible and professional Contract Maintenance service covering a wide range of AV equipment and installed systems.

We can create a maintenance package to suit your exact service level requirements, or alternatively choose from our new Bronze, Silver and Gold set packages.

Bronze package

  • Next Working Day (12 Hour) Response
  • Includes all labour and call out charges
  • One Preventative Maintenance visit per 12 months
  • Excludes all parts, materials and delivery charges, which are invoiced as required

Silver package

  • Next Working Day (12 Hour) Response
  • Includes all labour and call out charges
  • Two Preventative Maintenance visits per 12 months
  • Includes all parts, materials and delivery charges (* Certain exclusions apply)

Gold package

  • Next Working Day (8 Hour) Response
  • Includes all labour and call out charges
  • Three Preventative Maintenance visits per 12 months
  • Includes all parts, materials and delivery charges (* Certain exclusions apply)
  • Also includes spare lamps for projectors
  • Loan Equipment Service
