Why an eSATA Card?

Tempo SATA III 6GB ExpressCard/34 is versatile. Its fast 6Gb/s eSATA interface is well suited to deal with the increased bandwidth requirements of fast SSDs. It supports the RAID features of Mac OS® X, Windows 7, Windows Vista®, and Windows XP. It also supports hot-swapping of drives under Mac OS X. You can connect optical drives, too. Installation is simple—just plug in the card to your computer's ExpressCard®/34 slot and then start your computer—the necessary drivers are installed automatically.
